Patrick A. Gaucher, CPT - Private Personal Training

Patrick is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a 3rd Degree blackbelt in Aikido, and a longtime practitioner of Yoga and Iaido (Japanese Sword Art). From his high school basketball days and all throughout his life, Patrick has pursued a variety of physical activities and is currently obsessed with mountain biking.

Patrick is offering one-on-one sessions in Rivertide’s private studio, and is leading the small group 15/45 full body workout class and Rivertide’s Kettlebell Club.

Profoundly informed in body mechanics and dynamic breathing by his 22 years of traditional martial arts study, Patrick finds unique approaches to mind/body coordinated movements, showing the way to greater physical awareness and confidence.

These are the kind of goals Patrick loves to help people achieve. They are goals that people may not at first consider as such, but the journey to that type of fitness often begets the more mainstream notion of a fit individual.

Mobility and muscular endurance greatly enhance quality of life. Patrick uses high value mindful movements, weighted and unweighted, to build structurally sound bodies that enable his clients to confidently “take their training out into the real world”.
